Why Salem Baptist Christian School?
The mission of Salem Baptist Christian School is to challenge students to achieve in an academically excellent environment while nurturing their love for and service to God and others.
After our twins had been out of a formal school classroom for 18 months, we knew they were ready to head back! The big question: where? Our main focus was to get them into Christian education and atmosphere. After touring a few local schools, we knew the minute we stepped into Salem Baptist Christian School, THIS was where they needed to be! SBCS welcomed them and made them feel so confident being back in a classroom setting! Their 5th grade year turned out to be their best lower school year ever!
Because of two outstanding teachers who poured into their lives both academically and spiritually, they are ready for their middle school years at SBCS! Through being a part of this amazing school, Gabe and Sophia learned how to memorize and quote Scripture, how to be a Christian leader among peers, how to be responsible for their own academics, and how to rise up to challenge of playing with bigger boys on the ball field!
We cannot wait to see all that God has for them as they enter middle school. He has a purpose and plan specific to each of them, and as parents, we are so happy Salem Baptist is a part of that!
